Prices include automated scheduling for your cleaner, laundry, and typical Airbnb turnover tasks for the inside of the home plus straightening up outdoor areas and lightly cleaning grill or other outdoor areas. Additional charges for lawn maintenance, bringing trash bins in, and deep cleaning tasks. Cleaners will verify final quote based on the individual property.

The after hours discount is NOT for same day check ins. Instead these provide a discounted rate for owners with a significant gap between bookings during the slower summer season. Cleanings will be completed after that day's prime time cleanings. Owners must notify us before the cleaning if this service is requested.

Larger projects can be quoted out for a flat rate, just ask!
