Yes, all of our turnovers are same day and done between the property's check out/in times. 

Our cleaners will always check for damages at the start of each cleaning. If there is something amiss they will contact you directly with a description and photos of the damage. They are well versed in Airbnb's claims process and will make sure that you have all relevant information to file (including invoices for additional cleaning time, photos of damage/stain, and video links if needed).


They will also ensure that all owner provided supplies are replenished according to the owner's wishes. If desired, we can also provide additional supplies and linens at an additional cost.

We can! Our handymen can attend to any maintenance issue that may arise during or after a guest's stay. They can oftentimes fix these issues while the cleaner is working so no additional calendar time needs to be blocked.
